Have you ever had a stressful day at home? Does it get incredibly overwhelming at work sometimes? Do you feel depressed and confused about which direction to take next in your life?

Finding answers can be challenging when we have so many things going on at once! From time to time we all can feel stressed over family matters, overwhelmed with bills, depressed from another failed relationship, anxious over a new job or upset about everything in life in general.

In Solace, you’ll find many great blogs and links about mental health, anger management and the relationship we have with ourselves and with others. Learn tips and tools to manage through some of those difficult days. Understand and discover that you’re not alone with your challenges and that many of us go through similar hurdles in life.

I am also the author of the inspirational memoir and self-help book, Living with the Dragon.  It’s a book about taking ownership of our lives and being accountable for our behaviors. It will inspire and encourage men and women to openly share about their personal challenges and take steps towards a more fulfilling and healthier life.

Welcome to Solace!
